The rooms were large and fashionable, included central heating, a personal safe, and flat-screen television. The location was favourable, a 10-15 minute walk from Giant Plane Tree.

The view to the Caucasus mountains was exceptional and our room was very well decorated.

The staff was relaxed.

Location near to Dzveli Shuamta and the garden after 11pm. A refrigerator, a seating area and a writing desk in the room, great and brilliant location.

Units with balcony. Got marvellous breakfasts and overall had a good stay overall for a night. The location was super central, very close to the Caucasus mountains, old Telavi, and the garden. There was an authentic restaurant nearby.

We also loved the delicious breakfast options, including coffee, juice, eggs, Georgian bread, and fresh fruits and veggies. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

Loved our very good stay at this hotel and will be back. The property was modern and spotless, it had stable wi-fi, its location was marvellous to Dzveli Shuamta's Monastery. The atmosphere created was quiet!

Had essentials needed in the suite, including an electric kettle, a refrigerator and glassware. They provided variety of great choices for breakfast that was included. It had super central location close to Palace of Erekle Ii. Friendly service was provided here.

i was here for 1 night and ate at authentic restaurant with truly beautiful cuisine. the staff were super friendly and very pleasant and were around whole time. also, location was amazing and particularly good, at a short distance from palace of erekle ii.

The location was stunning and good, at a moderate distance from Giant Plane Tree. The rooms were tidy and unique with amazing view on mountains, great breakfast and views to the Caucasus mountains, no complaints whatsoever.

Came in Telavi to relax and have fun, this trendy boutique hotel was good base for doing it. The room was nice looking with great breakfast and amazing view and a big bath and safety measures included smoke detectors.

Shame the bathroom was dark.

We had a fantastic stay at Communal Hotel! The room we stayed in was beautifully designed and felt cozy and welcoming. The bathroom was especially impressive with its rain shower and good water pressure. We loved the added bonus of having an in-room espresso machine. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore Telavi on foot and even borrow bikes for a fun ride around town. The breakfast spread was amazing, featuring delicious local produce. The staff, particularly Nino and Sali, provided exceptional service and made us feel right at home. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, such as limited menu options and the unfinished swimming pool, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. a top-quality and friendly boutique hotel experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the location couldn't be better - right in the centre of town, close to all the attractions. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I also loved the attention to detail in the rooms, especially the balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. And lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients to choose from.

All in all, everything was absolutely fine with my stay.
